Happy New Year to all our members and regular visitors. From 8th January, all your favorite food trucks will be returning, along with some new ones. Whilst the Club is closed on Friday 1st January, there will be some great bowls on display on Saturday 2nd as the Club hosts the Turn of the Year Carnival sectionals in Triples. The bar and BBQ will be open all day so drop in if you want to see some top class Bowls in action.
Need to plan your Friday nights for the next 3 weeks? Look no further! Eat in or takeaway, you can’t go past your local Bowlo. If planning to eat at the Club please be sure to book on 0431 228 964. If ordering Take Away, waiting time for takeaway meals can even be customised by Schooner.

WOW, what a great day, raising almost $4,000 for Bushfire Charities.
A huge thank you to the local community who turned up to support the event and our many members who volunteered their time on the day. A special thank you to Members Steve Heaps and Jim Twiss who stayed from Go to Whoah and worked tirelessly all day. And an even more special thank you to everybody’s favorite barman Denis Miller who kindly volunteered his Sunday to work without pay and ended up working all day. Champion!
Congratulations to Steve heaps and Candace Murphy who overcame Geoff King and Peter Huber in the Final of the Grade Pairs last Friday. Following the success of this inaugural competition, it will be run again from mid January 2020. Please put your name on the list on the noticeboard before Xmas if you want to be part of this event.

Congratulations to our Summer Shield team who had a comprehensive victory over Roselands winning all 3 rinks. We will now host Gladstone Park at home for the chance to enter the Summer Shield Final
Congratulations to Steve Heaps and Ron Bradbury who defeated Jon Paterson and Jim Bisset in the final to take out the 2019 Handicap Pairs event. Steve adds to his impressive list of achievements in 2019 having already on both the Major Singles and Major Pairs events
The NSW Rookies singles and Pairs events are open to all bowlers who have been registered for less than 30 months. The Club would encourage all our new Members to enter this event to gain valuable competition experience. Entries are to be submitted via the following link
